Digial Art Supplies is pleased to announce our new relationship with Sawgrass Technolgies. Sawgrass is the premier manufacturer of dye sublimation inks. For those of you that don't know what dye sublimation inks are, they are the inks that are used to create images for heat-transfer onto everything from t-shirts and mugs, to glass and fabrics. The great thing is that you can get creative with small quantities of product very inexpensively for your clients.

Our thoughts in this decision were to add a new idea path for our photographers and artists to make money. We will be carrying inks for many Epson printers, including some of the older desktops. So, if you have a working printer that you don't use any longer - say, a 1400, R1800, or even a 4000, you can get set up very inexpensively. We can set you up with either cartridges or a bulk ink system for those printers. If you'd like, we can put you with a new R1900, 4880 or similar.

This will be a full-service sale for you since we it's likely that you won’t know much about the technology. A heat press will be available, as will the paper to print on for transfer. We will carry a number of items to be printed on, but if it is an item we do not carry, we will be glad to help you source the items you need.

The technical support is great; we can work with you for setup, color profiles, etc. Sawgrass also provides lifetime tech support for the printer inks.

Stylus Pro 3880 - Epson has a mail-in cost reduction rebate of $200 for end-user customers who purchase an Epson Stylus Pro 3880 printer. The mail-in rebate offer is effective from June 1, 2009 through July 31, 2009.

Stylus Pro 4880 - Epson has a mail-in cost reduction rebate for end-user customers who purchase any model of the Epson Stylus Pro 4880 printer. End-user customers are eligible for a $400 mail-in rebate when they purchase an Epson Stylus Pro 4880 Standard Model, Portrait or ColorBurst Edition. The mail-in rebate offer is effective from June 1, 2009 through July 31, 2009.

Stylus Pro 7900/9900 - Epson has a $500 mail-in cost reduction rebate for end-user customers who purchase either an Epson Stylus Pro 7900 or 9900 printer.

Over the last couple of weeks, you may have been contacted by one of these folks. All sizes are on sale this week for 25% off. If you haven't used this canvas, you should - it is absolutely great. It has a slight gloss surface and is completely water resistant after printing (although I still like to spray it with Printshield). We have profiles for just about all Epson and Canon printers.
