CANON iPF 6000S
Canon has announced the new 24-inch imagePROGRAF iPF6000S large-format printer. This new S-Series imagePROGRAF model for the graphic arts line features an eight color ink set using Canon’s LUCIA ink technology and excellent throughput speeds to achieve exceptional quality and productivity in one solution. The iPF6000S joins the imagePROGRAF printer family as an ideal 24-inch solution for graphic art professionals and print-for-pay (PFP) establishments.
This printer is not geared towards fine art or photo fine art applications. It has a great trade-off in high speed versus good/great quality. Call me if you have any questions.
INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION
Along with our new classes, we are offering individualized instruction in many areas such as Photoshop, Printing Techniques, Color Management, etc. Basically, you and your instructor get to build the class you need. Whether it's as simple as answering a few questions in 15 minutes or needing an hour a week for 2 months, we can solve your problems. Live too far from San Diego? No problem! You'd be surprised what can get done over the Internet and phone. Email me if you'd like more information at karen@digitalartsupplies.net

EPSON PRO 3800 RUMORS
We've been asked a lot recently about the 3800 and whether Epson will be introducing a 3880 or 3900. We've been told quite emphatically that it is not happening - the 3800 will remain as-is for the foreseeable future. Beyond that....who knows?
