Remember back in February Epson announced a name change for two of their canvas products? Keep that in mind if you use their canvas, the new named products are now showing up for delivery, so for the next month or so, you could get either an old name or new name. Both products are the same.

From 4/1/08-5/31/08 Epson is offering a $100 mail in rebate for the R2400 printers. We have the forms available if you need one. We've had many questions about whether the R2400 is going to be discontinued because it seems when a product starts getting rebates offered, it gets replaced soon after. Unfortunately I don't have any news on this one just yet, but as soon as I do I will let you all know.

We have been working to add all of the Canon Desktop Paper, wide format ink & papers plus all of the HP desktop papers, most wide format inks & papers to the site. I think that they are all there at this point. We have been selling them for almost a year but most were not on the site until now. We will be adding descriptions of the papers to their pages as time permits. Also all inks that we sell are genuine HP, Canon and Epson inks.

As you’ve likely noticed, we’ve done a major revamp on the Home page of the website, as well as some other modifications. We will be continuing to upgrade over the next months. When you do these things occasionally other parts get broken, (like links to pages don’t work but they did before). As hard as we try to make sure everything still works the same, sometimes things slip through the cracks. If you find something that doesn’t work, or something that just isn’t right (like charging you $500 for shipping 1 box of 8.5x11) please let us know. An email is best describing the problem, to thank you for helping us serve you better, we’ll send you a $20 off coupon for your next order.

This section has been completely reorganized so that you can actually find things. There are subsections for Overstock, Dated inks, Discontinued, Remnant rolls, Dinged boxes, & mystery paper. It's updated every few days so it's a great place to find new bargains.
